(REFLECTION)

      When I take this OJT, I think of many things like 'will be it be ok or will be not?'. I heard from others that being on a OJT will be not that simple. But there are new and good things that you may learn and people you may know. You will not know what will happen each day of your OJT. On the first day of our OJT I am feeling excited at the same time very nervous. But the first day went well, we're oriented well by the CSW head.

 The OJT days went well as it goes by day to day. There are serious times and happy moments as well. I enjoy our time as a trainee. It is for our own good and to be ready in the real world in the future. For me it is a stepping stone in understanding what our work will be in our future in this field.

Working is not easy and not working is also not easy. But I say, I will be more proud to be

not easy than not working.

For the Month of April, 2016

Date	Task or Activities
April 1, 2016	I checked the test papers of the 3rd year students. 400 items in all and i'm the only one to checked their papers.
April 4, 2016	We are all laughing when Ma'am Melody mock Ma'am Sheila because of her dancing of the song Work Work Work. It is so funny. After that back to checking of the test papers of the 3rd year students.
April 5, 2016	I entered grades to the appraisal in a whole day.
April 6, 2016	Same job as yesterday, and helping the office for the preparation of the UNP Graduation.
April 8, 2016	I entered grades to the appraisal in whole day. and helping Ma'am jez and we went to the admin.
April 11, 2016	Ow, my neck aches, it because of the way I sleep last night but I need to do my job. Appraisal here we go again. Sometimes there is silence but sometimes there is also laughing all around the office.
April 12, 2016	I computed the grades of Ma'am aurora students and write it to her computer.
April 13, 2016	I am preparing the grades of the students in the college of social work by writing it in the .
April 14, 2016	All grades of the CSW students were in inside the envelopes. Me and Ma'am Jez went to the post office to drop it.
April 15, 2016	I thought this will be my last day of my OJT that is why we were bonding in the office making fun and saying goodbye.
April 18, 2016	This day, Only Ma'am Jezinelle and i in the office. And this is my last day of my OJT.

For the Month of March, 2016

Date	Task or Activities
March 2, 2016	I assist Ma'am Jez in the office and we went to Ma'am Melody to gave her things,papers and etc. Because Ma'am Melody was in the middle of a Seminar or an Orientation.
March 3, 2016	I photocopied needed documents and I assist one of the office personnel in using MS Power Point. I helped Ma’am Jezinelle to record documents and arranging files according to its information. I’ve learned the basics in the work field and to prioritize work and to be patient.
March 15, 2016	I Lay-out the Certificate for the "Gawad Parangal" for the  student from the college of social work.
March 21, 2016	In a whole day i was in front of the computer and encoding a test questionnaires.
March 22, 2016	I imported the data from word to excel because Ma'am Aurora is having a hard time computing on the totals of Graduating Students. Then I started encoding.
March 23, 2016	To start the day, I got the forms for another batch of appraisal. To break the silence in the CSW Office Ma'am Melody told a story about some funny act her friend did. It is very funny I swear :-D. Then back to the appraisal again.
March 29, 2016	Appraisal again and encoding and encoding grades and etc.
March 30, 2016	Me and Ma'am Jez was the only person inside the office because they are ll in the tour together with the CSW students. I helped her to arrange her documents in the Office and to cleaned too.
March 31, 2016	This is the day that were prepare all the needed documents and presentation for the 400 Items exams for 3rd year students.

February 1, 2016	I photocopied a test quetionnaires, encoded float questionnaires. I assist one of the office personnel in using MS Excel. I’ve learned how to finished work at time.
February 4, 2016	We helped and prepared Valentines Day decorations today as Ma’am Melody requested to us. We helped her to design a little Hearts and image of  Mr. Cupido. We put some glitters in Heart, we designed also a big Heart.
February 9, 2016	I came late today because i am from the trip. I Encoded and print papers from the clerk. I Submitted files to the Admin Office, encoded and print Hardship Post Form as Ma’am  Jez request to me.
February 10, 2016	Were not so busy because faculty's is busy and Ma'am melody is not around that's why i just cleaned the office.
February 11, 2016	I photocopied documents, passed it to the admin, printing and encoding letter and also I downloaded and installed Antivirus on a laptop of Ma’am Jez..
February 12, 2016	Same job as yesterday. Encoding and printing.
February 13, 2016	Today were not busy, Ma'am Sheila  asked me to encode her lecture presentation and print it.
February 16, 2016	I encoded and printing the lesson for her lecture of Ma'am Sheila.
February 17, 2016	Same job as yesterday, encoding and printing the lesson of Ma'am Sheila.
February 18, 2016	I submitted memorandums in to the releasing office, photocopied and performed tasks from time to time.
February 19, 2016	I encoded memorandums and print it. I helped also Ma’am Jezinelle in filing documents according to its information.
February 24, 2016	I encoded Instructional Form and submitting Memo at the releasing office.
February 26, 2016	I encoded presentation for the Training of the graduating students in CSW for the preparation for their Board Exam.
February 27, 2016	I encoded memorandums, arranged documents according to date, stamped different documents and photocopied documents.

January 4, 2016	I'm excited today because it is the first day of my OJT in this year 2016 and excited to work. We just cleaned the office and assist the students who enters our office.
January 5, 2016	This day is an addition to my overtime. Today i encoded the grades of Ma'am Aurora's students. There is silence that room around the office because there are only 2 people in this office.
January 7, 2016	Last night I was sick. When I woke up in the morning and i was late, I still felt that I am not okay but I was thinking awhile ago that I should finish my Ojt immediately. As I enter our office I was coughing and coughing.Today and the previous days we are busy photocopying because submit of grades is near.
January 8, 2016	I enter grades to the Appraisal in a whole day.
January 11, 2016	In this day, the clerk and i were the only inside the office. I just helped her and doing whatever she want me to do in the office.
January 12, 2016	I helped Ma’am Jezinelle, the clerk of the office to edit using MS Excel and filing Documents according to its months and information.  I also helped her to fix and sorting files. I learn how to managed the workflow of some employees there and maximize my potential to work.
January 13, 2016	Early in the morning, this is my every daily routine. My first thing to do is to Cleaned up and arranged the filling cabinet and tables in the office and after that I help the clerk to file documents according to months and information. I submit to the releasing office of memorandums at the Admin office.
January 14, 2016	I file documents that are not yet filed. In filing Memorandums, I‘ve learned a new way of filing it so that the folder will not be damage. I’ve learned some strategies in proper filing and arranging of files and I’ve learned on how to properly file documents.
January 15, 2016	I assist one of the students in the CSW to prepare her completion form to ma'am sheila. mam Jez and i, went to the admin again.
January 18, 2016	Today is Ma'am Melody's Birthday celebration. Me together with Ma'am Jez went to the Vigan Plaza to bought Foods and other things for the preparation of the occasions.
January 19, 2016	Today is my Birthday, i prepared a simple snacks ( Bihon, Puto and Coke) for all the faculties and ma'am Gacita.
January 21, 2016	I went to the OPAI to print the Midterm Questionaires of Ma'am Aurora. and cleaned the office in the afternoon.
January 26, 2016	This week is the Midterm Exams, Ma'am sheila told me that this day i will be a proctor for the students.
January 27, 2016	Still having the exams today, that is why i still be a proctor for today. and assisting the needs in the office.
January 28, 2016	I print  Test Questionnaire,  encoded and i'm still a proctor today. The lesson that i’ve learned today was how to become confident/optimistic in things to do.

December 3, 2015	I wake up early in the morning today and i came early in the College of Social Work in the second floor of Criminology Bldg. I am anxious because it's my first day of my OJT. Tension runs after the orientation made by OIC of the College of Social Work Ma'am Melody Gacutan because i find her strict when it comes to the rules inside her office then introduces us to the faculty members where i will be assign. Since it is my first day smooth works were given like filing the files/documents and being told of where the files/papers are located and We cleaned the whole office as Ma’am Gacita said to me. We arranged the books in its proper arrangement. We helped Ma’am Jez to find the Missing Files.
December 4, 2015	I am excited today on what thing would i'll be doing. The second day of OJT, I together with ma'am jezinelle went to the admin to get the files that she need.
December 7, 2015	I photocopied Memo as Ma’am Gacita said to me. I encoded INC grades of students and writing grades of Ma'am. and in the afternoon i cleaned the office.
December 8, 2015	We checked attendance of Ma’am Aurora Advisee, I encoded list of students name using MS Excel, photocopying needed documents and performed tasks from time to time.
December 9, 2015	I checked quiz papers , encoded grades, photocopying the attendance sheets as Ma’am Sheila said to me. I helped my co-OJT her name was angelica from the College of Business Administration and Accountancy to assist the students need help.
December 10, 2015	We prepare Christmas decorations for our college in whole day.
December 14, 2015	This day, Our Office transferred into the 3rd floor. We packed our things,we cleaned and fixed to our new office. It was very tiring day.
December 15, 2015	Today job’s for me is to "Agpareceive Memo" in different department  or College's as Ma'am Gacita said to me.
December 16, 2015	We encoded a lot today as Ma'am Jeanne said to me and angelica, Each of us have  owned task to encode data and finished it today as soon as possible.
December 17, 2015	I came late today I helped to prepare the whole faculty and students for tomorrow's Christmas Party.
December 18, 2015	Today was the Christmas program in our College, we attended the program. We assist our teachers and helped them to prepare in preparing  for our lunch.
